Critical IT Infrastructure Support: Let’s keep everyone working!
COVID-19 is severely impacting the state’s ability to work. Small businesses are especially vulnerable during this time.
ProStratus is offering a free service to help local small businesses continue to operate remotely and stay connected.
This is our response to the Governor’s Stay at Home Order. ProStratus is a local information technology company, one of the sectors that Homeland Security considers a Critical Infrastructure Sector. Our employees are working diligently around the clock to make sure things are operating and running smoothly. We realize that not all companies have a plan to allow their employees to work from home.
We are using the #StepUpOhio to motivate our employees. We know they are just beginning what could be an arduous period of great customer service. We’ve already gotten many kudos from our clients, praising our staff. We’d love to be able to help others who may not have this kind of support. We look forward to serving you during this time.
Bryce has been fantastic as we have held special training for our professors to get up to speed on our LMS and the changes we have made as well as the new content we have added. It is obvious he cares about us and that we can still provide instruction to our students in this crazy time.

Just wanted you to know, Renee has been extremely vital over the last 3 days in getting the staff and faculty ready for working from home. Today she stepped up her game yet again, she responded to our users and escalated things to my attention in order to make this transition a lot less painful. I am very thankful for her hard work.

I can’t thank you all enough for your efforts and your attention to all we’ve been working on this week to help campus move into an unfamiliar world. We’ve got some more ground to cover, but you have moved some small mountains these past few days.

Steven was just in here and he was such a nice guy! He checked out my OneDrive and my desktop link and verified for me that it was syncing to OneDrive and our server correctly, that I could still grab all my files from home. It is such a relief to know you folks are taking care of this stuff for us as we are not used to working remotely! I am glad I made the transition earlier to the laptop so that this is possible! Thanks again for everything!
